What to do with my professional life !?
I’m still not sure about what I want or what will happen when I finish
my university dental studies, because I would like to do different things and I don't know if I want to continue studying a postgraduate related to odontology. I will think about it.
I think that I could work as a dentist for a couple of years to get more
experience of preference in the public sector. And at the same time, I would
like to study 2 years in gastronomy or in some other course on the same.
Then with the time I would like to enter to volunteer, perhaps
abroad, since I have always wanted to travel to different countries, meet and
absorb new cultures and at the same time, I would like to do my part in the world.
And since I've never liked to do the same all the time, I think that after a few years I would do something else. I could look for some work in whatever in different countries like in the "Working Holiday" programs or maybe independently.
Finally after having lived all these experiences, I want to
stay in a fixed place and have a more stable salary. I could open my business I
would like to manage and cook in a cafeteria or restaurant. I have always liked
gastronomy. But hey, there is still nothing certain and I always keep in mind
that unexpected circumstances can occur that can change all this.
You should definitely study Gastronomy, you cook great! Although you don’t cook waffles well haha :p
